Returns Policy

 

“In-Stock” un-used product may be returned within 30 days, with written authorization from Public Furniture. Return are subject to a 35% - 55% restocking fee, for un-opened Items. Material must be returned freight prepaid, only after written authorization to accept the returned material. The original freight cost to ship the order will not be refundable.

Please contact us within 48 hours with any damage concerns.

Products which are not a stock item, have had an option added (ie: optional lock, gasket, material), or custom Made to Order not subject to return or cancellation

 

Returns without the authorization from Public Furniture will be refused.
Products damaged during the transport back to the warehouse are excluded from refunds, therefore we recommend to well packaging the item or insure shipment with carrier. Material must be in “Shelf Ready” Condition.
All in-stock items are marked in the product description "In-Stock" **

 

Non-Stock Items are marked in the product description “Availability 3-5 days” (or other lead time) *. Any item which has an optional feature added (lock, gasket, material) and Custom made to order iytems are Non-Stock.
Non-Stock Items Are Final sale
